Treasury Management Quality Control, Sr Associate (Small Business Banking)

Location: Plano, TX

The Senior Associate, Treasury Management QC will possess an in-depth technical knowledge of Treasury Management products. You will use your deep expertise to independently perform an exhaustive quality check of new setup and maintenance cases in Treasury Management implementation for small business customers. This individual possess confidence in their knowledge of Treasury Management and a passion for flawless execution. Attention to detail, consistent assessment of quality, and a keen awareness of potential adverse customer impacts will be essential to the effective execution of this critical role. 


  • Quality check 100% of new setup and maintenance cases for data content quality, consistency, and alignment of setup with customer intent
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures as documented in process guidesProvide detailed feedback to implementation associates when a case fails the quality check
  • Engage with implementation associates in providing coaching on common data errors, themes, and context.
  • Own the completion of daily caseload in a timely manner and work each case as received, balancing thoroughness and attention to detail with cycle time
  • Identify improvements in the QC process, including standardized reviews, fair and consistent scoring, and continuous improvement of product specific guidelines
  • Interact with downstream partners to incorporate partner process requirements into the QC guidelines 
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance (QA) and Risk teams to ensure that the QC scope is aligned with risk assessments of the implementation process
  • Support other QC performers  as needed to manage QC caseload
  • Assist with developing and delivering continuous refresher training to the team

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing Treasury Management product setup or performing QC of Treasury Management product setup in a financial services company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing or performing QC of Treasury Management product setup in a financial services company

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • End user Salesforce experience
